This panel, like the rest of our SolarGo2 rigid panels, is built to last with a strong full frame aluminium structure, the latest generation A-grade mono crystalline solar cells, a tough low iron, high light transmission glass front and 5 metres of high-end 2.5mm² UV stable DC cable making sure you get the best transmission of power from your panel to your controller.
Designed to last in an outside environment for years to come whether it’s on top of stables, a caravan, a motorhome or even a boat out at sea. We also give you a 20- year cell warranty* and a 10-year product warranty** as standard on our rigid solar panel range giving you real peace of mind with your SolarGo2 solar panel.
The 200W panel is ideal for off grid projects from providing power for a stable lighting project, charging a battery for the more power hungry users in a caravan or boat to running lights on building signage.
The SolarGo2 200W panel is designed to be outside and work in all weather conditions, providing you with variable amounts of power throughout the year depending on the weather conditions and the time of year.
As an example, we would say it will give you an average of around 48.48Ah (960Wh) per day in the summer in the UK and 6.46Ah (128Wh) per day in the winter. This panel will require a charge controller if being connected to a 12v battery.
*The 20-year cell warranty is based on the cells producing over 80% of the original power in year 20.
**The 10-year product warranty is for any manufacturing defects. Any accidental damage etc is not covered.

How long can I stay off grid?
A question we get asked many times. So we've created a simple calculator to give you some idea of how long your battery will last off grid. It will take into consideration any solar panels you've installed, 12v and 240v usage. Based on the information provided it will recommend a battery size and estimate the number of days use.
